把 Word、PDF 和簡報轉成 Markdown 給 Claude

步驟

1. 在文件卡片上按「連接」，然後選擇存放文件的資料夾；子資料夾也會包括在內。
2. 按「選擇輸出檔案夾」，選擇另一個與其他匯出內容並排的資料夾，例如 ~/Documents/converted。
3. 在 格式 列上保持勾選「Markdown」，然後按「立即同步」。掃描的 PDF 頁面會由 Apple 的文字辨識在你的 Mac 上讀取。
4. 在「MCP 伺服器」卡片上按「啟動」，然後連接 Claude Code：

claude mcp add --transport http exporter http://localhost:8744/mcp

5. 請 Claude 列出並讀取這些文件：「總結 Work 資料夾中的合約。」

你會得到什麼

資料夾結構與你的文件相同，每個檔案都有簡短的 front matter（title、source、format、pages、scanned、modified），文件變動時會重新轉換。search 只為 Apple 備忘錄、聯絡人和訊息排序，所以 Claude 會用 list、get_recent 和 read 取得文件。

注意事項

• 匯出資料夾不能是文件資料夾本身或其中的資料夾，文件資料夾也不能位於匯出資料夾中：App 不會讓你選擇這兩種資料夾。
• Pages、Numbers 和 Keynote 檔案不會讀取：請先把它們輸出成 Word、PowerPoint、Excel 或 PDF。
• 在免費額度下，會轉換最近修改的 10 個文件。列上的紅色三角形會說明某個文件失敗的原因。

檔案類型和欄位在文件說明文件中，工具則在 MCP 伺服器說明文件中。
