Before you write about an export that went wrong, exporter doctor checks the connections and folders and prints a fix for each problem it finds. exporter report prints a diagnostic report you can paste into an email, and exporter report --send sends it to us. Both are on the command line.
What a message carries
Feedback from the app carries what you write, your email unless you send it anonymously, and, if you include them, the app’s info (version, macOS, connection state) and your purchase status. Never your notes, messages, contacts or anything else you export. An email carries what you put in it.
