For example Apple Notes in ~/Documents/notes, Messages in ~/Documents/messages, Contacts in ~/Documents/contacts, and the same for ~/Documents/screen-time, ~/Documents/bear, ~/Documents/logseq and ~/Documents/documents.
Keep the export folders in one parent folder and the MCP server serves them all together.
Each export folder keeps .exporter/ with the last run and its history. Obsidian never indexes a dot folder.
A sync removes only files it wrote whose note, chat, card, page or document is gone, and leaves your own files alone; Screen Time keeps every day. A full resync (exporter sync --full) also removes only the files Exporter wrote, then writes everything again.
