- 從 App 內: 在 Exporter 中選擇「說明」>「說明與支援」。選擇「問題」、「想法」或「疑問」，寫下內容並傳送。附上你的電子郵件就能收到回覆，也可以匿名傳送。

在來信說明出錯的匯出之前，可以先執行 `exporter doctor`：它會檢查連接和資料夾，並為找到的每個問題印出修正方法。`exporter report` 會印出一份可以貼進電子郵件的診斷報告，`exporter report --send` 則會直接傳送給我們。兩者都在[命令列](https://exporter.dev/docs/cli)中。

## 你傳送的內容包含什麼

從 App 傳送的意見回饋會帶有你寫的內容、你的電子郵件（除非你匿名傳送），以及你選擇附上時的 App 資訊（版本、macOS、連接狀態）和你的購買狀態。絕不包含你的備忘錄、訊息、聯絡人或你匯出的任何其他內容。電子郵件只會帶有你放進去的內容。
